Please Note the Following Registration Changes:
Due to the economic climate, the registration fee has changed to $130. If you have already paid, you WILL receive a refund.
The last date to register has changed to September 1, 2009. However, the date for refunds/cancellation remains August 26.
Registration Fee
The fee for the symposium is $130. Registration forms and payment must be received by September 1. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION AT THE CONFERENCE. Please make checks or money orders payable to Friends of the City Library.

Schedule
The conference will be held September 10-12, 2009, at The Salt Lake City Public Library, 210 East 400 South, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111. The conference desk will open at 6:30 p.m. on September 10th. Pre-registrants may pick up their conference materials at that time.
Confirmations
Please provide your e-mail address to receive confirmation via e-mail and notification of conference updates and changes. Confirmations will be sent via e-mail or by postal mail upon receipt after September 1.

This link will allow you to compare rates as well as to make online reservations at one convenient web stop. In addition, the sight will give you great general visitors information, along with descriptions of nearby attractions. The City Library is located on the University TRAX line (400 South) at the Library Square stop. Parking is available at the library for $2.50/hour. Enter the parking garage on 400 South between 200 and 300 East.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and must be received no later than August 26. Refunds are subject to a $20.00 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after this date. Notice of cancellation may be sent to the address above or submitted by fax to Thinking Ahead Symposium, Community Affairs, (801) 322-8196.
